To fabricate, deliver and install an internal dog-leg staircase and external fire escape for a night-club renovation project in Dalston, East London. Due to the very restricted nature of the site, the internal staircase was required to be delivered in pieces and assembled on site. The images below demonstrate the highly restricted space in which the staircase was assembled. Given our ability to offer a completely bespoke solution, J&P were able to not only tailor the design of the staircase to the customer’s requirements, but also manufacture the staircase in “flat-pack” form for assembly on site. Also included on this project was a 2100mm diameter spiral staircase, which we fabricated in a matching style to the internal staircase, and which was also provided in “flat-pack” form for on-site assembly.
